CP13 Landlord Certificates
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP13)
As a landlord, it’s a legal requirement to have all gas appliances and pipework in your property checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Once the inspection is complete, you’ll receive a CP13 Landlord Gas Safety Certificate – proof that everything has been tested and is safe for your tenants.
